COMPANY DETAILS
We are looking to build our HR team with motivated people with the same blend of experience and skills in the following areas:
Campus hiring: The person will be engaged in campus hiring, where they need to make PPTs to approach business schools for commission projects, driving fresh talents across the departments
Organization operations restructuring: Going onto departments with challenges, mapping out operations issues, drawing out communication lines, and working with the founder to sort out roles, responsibilities, and communication within the department
Talent acquisition and management: Should be able to do out-of-the-box innovative talent acquisition designing. Managing the existing talent and mapping their skills well with the work
HR newsletters: Executing monthly 'what's new at BN mailer' updates,
Best use of social platforms for hiring: Sharing constant updates on LinkedIn, and initiating college engagement activities to draw in the best freshers
Know where we stand: Doing competitor analysis -on organization and product front - to draw out how we are different from other competitors
Organization problem analysis: Doing Data-based analysis and logical insights on problems across the departments, how it can be resolved and implementation of changes.
Ability to execute WATI software, think, innovate and execute.
Ability to take up new projects and implement effectively
