Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment efforts, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
Employee Development: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement training programs, career development initiatives, and performance management strategies.
Culture Champion: Promote a positive workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
HR Operations: Handle HR administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and contribute to a respectful and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the food/baking/D2C industry.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
