JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with business line leadership and responsible for identifying staffing needs, leading interview process to select and hire new employees
2. Track record of the employee schedule including leaves and attendance management
3. Keep up with various recruiting documents, including contact sheets and job board login information for the team
4. Format and post new job requirements daily and ensure the company website is up to date with all open positions
5. Preparation of various kinds of correspondences and internal emails to the employees
6. Handle the queries of employees is it related to salary, leaves or attendance
7. Assist with the off-boarding process of existing employees
8. Maintain and update personnel records with details of joining certifications, work experience, background checks
9. Keep staff focused on delivering to results as specified within the master execution plan
10. Build, develop and maintain in-house candidate database and workflow
11. Implement overall recruiting strategy
12. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
13. Merge of records and other administrative tasks within the system
