JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage whole recruitment process from screening to placement, including serving as a liaison between the candidate and the end client
2. Guide and walk the candidate through the interview process
3. Screen candidates to fill the IT requirements including developers/engineers, (front end, backend, middleware, Java, .NET, PHP, business analyst, project managers, data engineers, big data consultants, network engineers, system analysts, etc.
4. Communicate and negotiate with other vendors for their consultants for contract positions
5. Develop, execute and continuously manage innovative sourcing strategies to create and maintain a steady pipeline of passive candidates for hard to fill positions
6. Utilize social networking to find suitable and quick responsive candidates
7. Pull out potential candidates using Boolean searches on job portals, LinkedIn recruiting, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing
