1. Understand the requirements/job description as sent from the clients
2. Search for suitable candidates from various (free & paid) database websites (portals)
3. Make outbound phone calls and explain the job description to the candidates
4. Schedule Interested candidates for a face to face or telephonic round of interviews
5. Follow up with scheduled candidates and ensure they attend the interview
6. Follow up with shortlisted candidates
7. are available for duration of 3 months
