Exp: 0-3 years; Human Resources Intern Andheri, Maharashtra, India Contract Human Resources Intern, People Success Designation Human Resources Intern Work Location Andheri East, Mumbai Stipend 15,000 Per Month Duration 6 Months (December 2018 May 2019) About the role The Human Resources Intern in the People Success team will be collaborating across a diverse range of members to provide quality HR support. Responsibilities will span all aspects of the People Success Team, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding only the highest quality candidates. As a key contributor, you will be relied on. You must be able to work with minimal direction. At the end of your internship, you will be required to present your results, learnings, and experiences to members of the Bizongo Team. Job Responsibilities Support the People Success team in new and ongoing recruiting, hiring, onboarding & engagement tasks. Handle multiple projects on time and handle ad-hoc assignments. Handle candidate & business communications for coordinating and scheduling of interviews. Provide support to Recruitment related activities such as Career Fairs, Company events, and any Branding events. Helps team with on-campus recruiting events throughout the recruiting season. Helps with coordinating logistics and operational activities for the Hiring Events. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements A positive attitude, attention to detail, high expectations of quality, desire to learn and develop a skill set Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. An independent thinker who assumes responsibility beyond what is asked and takes initiative for positive change. A consummate professional who can prioritize and multi-task, managing several projects concurrently, sometimes under pressure, and often with tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. A team player who approaches professional hurdles with a strong sense of individual responsibility and a sincere emphasis on team over self. Qualifications Pursuing Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Previous HR related internship experience preferred, though not required.
