JOB DETAILS              
We are looking at hiring a HR intern who would help in Employer branding for Saavn. KEY PROJECTS: Understanding and reviewing the current HR policies and procedures Staying abreast of latest trends and HR practices across the world Recommending appropriate changes in the current HR policies and processes; wherever required Ideating and implementing Employer Branding activities by touching various aspects of employee lifecycle Branding Saavn in the market through various programs and platforms Handling internal communication of activities and programs Assisting the HR team in the launch and implementation of any new HR initiatives DELIVERABLES: A presentation of the whole process and findings at the end of the internship. REQUIREMENTS: Pursuing Regular Masters/ MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute/ university.
