We at Ekostay ( www.ekostay.com) are looking to Hire a Full-Time Human Resources Intern to work from our office based out of Worli, Mumbai.
Internship Description
Fast-growing homestay hospitality brand EkoStay seeks a personable and highly motivated HR intern to support the company in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
Responsibilities:
Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Send offer and regret letters
Assisting the board of directors in gathering market salary information.
Assisting in the planning of company events.
Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Coordinating new hire orientations.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
HR Intern Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Working knowledge of U labor laws.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Candidate will be required to come to our Worli office from Monday to Saturday 11am-7pm
Contract length: 6-12 months
