1. Assisting the team with recruitment activities
2. Providing support to admin & maintaining HR records
3. Screening the resumes and judging the candidates to meet the particular requirements
4. Initial phone screening the candidates to judge communication and background
5. Shortlisting the candidates as per the requirements and then scheduling the candidates for further rounds of interviews
6. Regularly following up with the candidates to confirm their joining date
7. Coordinating interviews and receiving feedback from the directors
8. Maintaining database of the candidates
9. Constantly staying in touch with the candidate till their joining
10. Handling end to end recruitments
11. Handling data entry and general administration work
12. Undertaking other duties of the HR manager
13. Focusing on providing a great candidate experience through every stage of the interview process
