1. Filtering resume using prominent portals & sharing them with department managers 2. Sending an email invitation to shortlisted candidates and scheduling interview for them 3. Coordinating face to face interview for diploma students 4. Seeking feedback from interviewers and briefing the candidates about next level 5. Assisting the HR head in circulating printed salary slips and promotion letter to the employees across all departments in the company 6. Observing different functions run under the HR umbrella 7. Conducting a training need identification (TNI) survey to find out the training needs of different departments 8. Assessing needs and designing a training model for soft skill and functional training 9. Preparing an annual training calendar for financial year and organized training programs 10. Maintaining the training data for the purpose of an audit
