6. Observing different functions run under the HR umbrella
7. Conducting a training need identification (TNI) survey to find out the training needs of different departments
8. Assessing needs and designing a training model for soft skill and functional training
9. Preparing an annual training calendar for financial year and organized training programs
10. Maintaining the training data for the purpose of an audit
