Full job description
Responsibilities are to:
Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
Screen candidates, conduct interviews, perform background checks as well as provide orientation to new employees.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Develop training and development programs.
Develop and assist in performance management processes.
Support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
