Key Responsibilities include but not restricted to:
Partner with product functions and local GIC HR leaders to understand the needs of the business and provide consultative support to drive coordinated people initiatives
Liaise with various areas of HR, including compensation, data, benefits, operations and the HR Service Center
Work directly with compensation and data teams on a variety of human capital data requests, including headcount reporting, attrition metrics and RFP requests
Identify and execute career development opportunities, partnering with the learning and development team
Drive the business diversity agenda forward, partnering with the business and the diversity and inclusion team
Analyze results from our annual employee survey and collaborate with the business to advise on possible solutions or new initiatives
