Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and On boarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
Oversee the on-boarding process, including issuing appointment letters and conducting induction programs.
Conduct employee exit interviews to gain insights and ensure smooth transitions.
2. HR Core Functions:
Administer HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Maintain employee records and manage the interview scheduling process.
3. Payroll and Legal Compliance:
Perform payroll and salary calculations accurately.
Conduct employee verification and manage employment contracts.
4. Performance and Motivation:
Facilitate performance appraisals and administer rewards programs.
Organize team-building events and motivational activities.
Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and professionally.
