Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a good understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
Support payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Monitor performance appraisal cycles and support managers in the process.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) is maintained.
Collaborate with internal departments for smooth HR operations.
Skills :
Experience in ITES/BPO Services or fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
Exposure to HR analytics and data reporting.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor s/master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Requirements:
1 3 years of relevant HR experience (for executive level).
