Job description
1) End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire hiring lifecycle - from understanding role requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across various levels, ensuring alignment with hiring managers availability.
2) Stakeholder Candidate Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with key stakeholders for interview scheduling, gathering post-interview feedback, and keeping candidates informed at every stage.
Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and department leads to align on role expectations, timelines, and hiring plans.
3) Process Management Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress, job requisitions, and recruitment metrics.
Support in drafting and updating job descriptions and publishing them on relevant platforms.
4) Onboarding Coordination:
Work closely with HR and other internal teams to ensure a seamless handover from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Assist in collecting required documentation and initiating pre-joining formalities.
5) Reporting Insights:
Share periodic recruitment updates with HR leads and relevant stakeholders.
What are we looking for
6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and basic recruitment tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing timelines and follow-ups.
