JOB DETAILS
Be a Generalist with experience across onboarding, communications, engagement, policies, processes, Learning Development, etc.
End-to-end recruitment management as per budgets and TAT for all open profiles including reviewing resumes and applications, conducting recruitment interviews, and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Support the Business by ensuring high-quality HR.
Plan and conduct On-boarding of new hires, appointment letter generation, smooth assimilation creating managing employee files
Be the single point of contact for company policies and ensuring compliance
Preparing necessary documentation for timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment letters, salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlement
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Updating Leave records other such employee information.

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of end To end HR generalist role
Proficient with MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
Atleast 06 months years of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
