Job Description: Human Resources Executive will be responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of a company's human resources department, all aspects of recruiting for the organization, and play a critical role in ensuring it's hiring the best possible talent. You will help organize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes for the company. You will work directly with and assist the human resources manager and the CHRO to fulfill various necessary HR tasks. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and most importantly, personable and approachable.
What we are looking for:
Candidate with 1- 3 years experience as an HR business partner, preferably with a mix of experience in fast-growing technology companies/startups and more established organizations.
Candidates with qualifications in HR specialization will be preferred.
Must have experience in setting up HR systems & processes, culture tenets, and values in a startup/ entrepreneurial organization.
Experience implementing people programs including performance coaching, employee relations, the compensation review process, HR compliance, and employee development/growth.
Excellent communication & leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change.
Should have a very strong personal value system and deep empathy for employee needs and the ability to translate highly ambiguous employee experience issues into structured problems, and develop well-founded solutions in a structured yet creative way.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, rsums, and applicant logs.
Help with the recruiting process.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work closely with the HR manager and the CHRO to provide support as needed on highly confidential human resource matters and special projects.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to the appropriate person.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
Competencies:
Communication skills: Must have strong communication skills including good listening, speaking, and writing skills. They must also be able to communicate with potential job candidates and carry a conversation charismatically without being informal.
Interpersonal skills: Must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork. They must also be able to effectively deal with potential candidates.
Computer skills: Must be able to effectively work with G Suite and Google products and the company's digital human resource systems.
Organizational skills: HR Executive is responsible for handling a lot of information, they need good organizational skills.
Confidentiality: Able to handle confidential and sensitive information that must not be shared with others.
Educational Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources
