JOB DETAILS
Prepare HR documents, like employment offers and agreements
Prepare and update company policies and procedures
Organize and maintain personnel records.
Update internal databases (e.g., new joiner, leave, etc)
Onboard new joiners
Plan and execute recruitment of Associates
Plan and execute training of Associates
Maintain records for Statutory and Legal compliance
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
Create regular reports and presentations on HR performance metrics
Rewards and Recognition for employees
Coach and mentor Employees when required
Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence sick days, and work schedules)
To establish and maintain an organizational climate that encourages the development, retention, and a high level of morale among personnel.
To serve on committees and councils as directed by the Management.
To perform any other duties assigned or delegated by his/her immediate supervisor.

UG or PG related to the HR field
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize work.
