Job Description:
Work closely with HR Head and stakeholders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support organizational objectives.
Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's mission and values, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirement
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
Implement, and manage the organization's compensation structure. Administer and communicate compensation policies and programs to employees
Assist in conducting market salary surveys (Mercer) to benchmark the organization's pay scales against industry standards
Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary ranges. Handle salary negotiations, promotions, and annual salary reviews
Develop and manage the employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Generate reports for management to support decision-making related to compensation and benefits strategies.
Establish and monitor key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
