Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for Recruitment & Selection for respective zone and ensure managing of all positions in the region and zone
Responsible to maintain TAT Process and Accurate & Timely Documentations, onboarding process and coordination with New joinee
Implementation of Employee Engagement activities in respective zone
Ensuring smooth onboarding and Processing System requirements, visiting cards, ids of respective zone and ensure to send their respective location
Ensuring Data and Trackers are accurate and sharing them for periodic reporting in the zone Handling employee queries and grievances
HR Payroll activities, Employee Engagement activities as per EE calendar
Miscellaneous HR support activities
