Identify talent pools, build relationships and manage their application process
Manage presence on job portals online
Screen and short-list candidates on these online portals
Ensure meaningful interactions and effective relationships with candidates from offer roll-out till acceptance
Own and constantly refine the logistics of the interviewing process
Complete preboarding and induction formalities
Policies, Systems, and Processes
Implement existing HR, POSH, Child Protection, and other related policies to keep them 100% applicable, relevant, contextual, and up to date.
Help staff members follow systems and processes and cater to exceptions on case to case basis
Process Payroll and other compliances for all employees
Track key HR Parameters such as probation, attrition, retention, etc., and create dashboards for reporting
Launch employee engagement and well-being activities and surveys
Experience and Competencies:
Required: Bachelor’s degree with strong performance
Required: 1+ years of work experience in HR
Preferred: Experience in a school system/education organisation
Location: Navi Mumbai
Salary- Salary is decided based on the candidate's education and work experience. Our usual compensation for this role lies between 3.65 Lakh Per Annum - 4.15 Lakh Per Annum. We also take pride in providing the best of industry benefits such as PF, Gratuity, Medical Insurance etc.
