Responsibilities:
Getting the requirement from BDE team
Analyze the requirement of client & organization.
Screening the candidate according to client need(Internal Database).
recruiting, screening, shortlisting and scheduling interview of candidate.
Training the new employee as per company requirement.
Proficient in giving valuable decision and taking the feedback from the candidate.
Proper follow-ups from client & candidate.
