From requisition to onboarding, curate, lead and own the entire talent acquisition process.
To meet the company's talent requirements, develop detailed recruiting and candidate engagement strategies.
Work with function heads and hiring managers to structure assessment experiences and serve as the primary point of contact for talent acquisition.
Create appealing job descriptions that accurately reflect the hiring criteria and role expectations.
To provide a great candidate experience, find and screen resumes that are best suited for the position, and manage the applicant's life cycle.
Maintain relationships with hiring partners, consultants, and others, and always have a strong candidate pipeline.
Maintain data integrity, communicate data-centric updates to internal stakeholders on a regular basis, and use insights to boost recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions.
Organize training and development modules and have interactive sessions with the employees
What are we looking for :
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record in tech hiring (not more than that)
Startup/FinTech experience preferred
BBA/MBA or related degree in Human Resource Management
Attention to detail & data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Strong consulting, decision making, and stakeholder management skills
