a) Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) – Blue and White-Collar employees:
Create manpower budget for “year for entire manpower & human resource planning”
with consultation from MD of the Organization.
Sourcing the candidates from various job portals & screening them for shortlisting and
arranging their interview and next rounds.
Closing the positions in minimum time
Preparing all the required documents for smooth joining
Handling all the appointment letters & offer letters
Reference checks of employees
Creating job descriptions of new roles or ongoing roles for new hiring in the
Organization
b) Induction, Training & Development:
Once a candidate joins in, arranging induction for them
Arranging for on job training as & when needed
Designing and Directing training programs in consultation with MD of Organization
Succession Planning and Organizational structuring after consultation withMD.
Motivating and Supporting current staff
c) Performance Management Systems:
Assist Management in Annual Goal setting activity of the Organization, Departments
and Individuals.
Taking Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly target reports from all teams
Analysing & reviewing employee’s performance with the Management of
Organization
According to the results planning the appraisal & Promotions and updating the report
to MD of Organization.
Facilitate increased engagement on part of employees and in dealing with complex
employee issues.
d) Systems & Process:
Building the HRMS with consultation with MD
Handling the entire HRMS for smooth functioning
Planning yearly policies & systems
Preparing annual calendar of Activities and Holidays
Upgrading the HR manual & Leave & Policies
Creation of Admin policies, travel & reimbursement policies & work safety policies
e) Statutory Compliance, Payroll & Attendance:
Keeping the organization in loop with all the necessary statutory compliances
Processing the salaries on time to time basis with zero error
Keeping the attendance records up to date for smooth & transparent salary process
Understand and Manage compensation, performance management, benefits and other
employee related policies in order to answer questions raised by employees.
