Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with the department's leadership team to understand their hiring needs and develop a hiring plan accordingly.
Develop job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offering negotiation and onboarding.
Act as single point of contact for employees with respect to HR related issues.
Collect feedback on employee experience and work with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support.
Handle offboarding activities.
Maintain all kinds of records and documentation related to HR.
Plan and organise employee engagement activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
Handle work/ projects allotted from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
BMS/ MMS/ PGDM in Human Resource Management
0 to 2 years of experience
Excellent written and oral communication
Educational background in Life Sciences/ Experience in handling recruitment in Life Sciences background will be an added advantage
