Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administrations: additional certifications in Human Resource Management will be a plus. • Proven experience of minimum 3 years in human resources function. • Experience with HRIS systems. Preferably with Workday. • Strong administration and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Handled payroll independently or through outsourced vendor. • Knowledge of all statutory labor compliance requirements. • Well-developed interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain effective relationships with management and staff. • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English.
