Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR business partners in the process of identification, selection and recruitment of talents in a cost effective and time efficient manner.
Deliver day-to-day operations in P&G s recruitment and selection process such as communicating with candidates for initial selection, arranging interview with candidates, and completing the assessment process.
Generate, maintain, and ensure accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and databases used in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Provide planning, logistics, and administrative support in the execution of various programs in talent supply.
Provide stewardship and controls support in the end-to-end operations of P&G s recruitment process.
