As a Senior HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our human resources functions. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives. - Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing plus conducting onboarding and orientation programs - Handle employee disciplinary actions and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including reporting requirements, recordkeeping, and documentation. - Manage employee performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues. - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvements to HR processes and strategies. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. A relevant Master's degree is a plus. 3. Progressive work experience of 4-6 years in HR roles, with a focus on HR policy development, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance. 4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 6. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, 7. Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as SAG Infotech's Genius software and/ OR other HR-related tools. 8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
