Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of HR or recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying staffing needs and job requirements across departments. Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and company website. Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain a database of potential candidates. Assist in onboarding new hires and completing necessary documentation. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Generate recruitment reports and support HR projects as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (internships included). Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes. Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Preferred (but not mandatory): Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Exposure to campus hiring or mass recruitment drives. Certification in HR or recruitment-related training programs.
