JOB DETAILS
· Understand the business plan and hiring needs at various levels and plan a recruitment process;
· Utilize various recruitment platforms and websites for advertising the open positions and executing the search process;
· Coordinate and interface with third party recruiters & consultants as needed;
· Screen new applications with initial interview and coordinate interview process with other team members
· Coordinate the offer letter, close candidates for hiring and interface with them for onboarding;
· Coordinate the training and development of new and existing professionals;
· Build and maintain adequate information / data that can help in assessing effectiveness / experience and other relevant recruitment matrices
· Coordinate and manage the employee appraisal process;
· Gain market intelligence for mapping compensation levels among relevant peers;
· Coordinate any employee benefits and wellness programs;
What you need to have:
· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
· Degree in HR or Business/Commerce
· Strong communication skills
· Prior experience or knowledge of financial services industry would be useful
· Hands on experience in using IIM Jobs, Naukri, LinkedIn Premium recruitment will be an added advantage
· Enjoy working with people and build relationships
· A self-starter who enjoys responsibility and working in an entrepreneurial organization
· Desire to make a big impact in a growing firm rather than a small impact in a large firm.
