JOB DETAILS
Managing and executing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy
Manage the end to end recruitment process for the assigned business unit/units
Partner with business unit leads on employee engagement activities
Manage the end to end performance management process
Partner with finance team for payroll processing
Conduct regular meetings with managers and their teams to understand their concerns
and design plans for corrective actions
Partner with labour laws consultant to ensure compliance of all applicable employment
regulations for the employee and the organization
Maintenance of all HR records and HR MIS
Candidate Profile:
Must have a management degree in Human Resources
Must have minimum 2 years of experience in the generalist profile
Experience in managing end to end recruitment process
Experience in conducting employee meetings and grievance handling
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical
thinking, and negotiation skills
Experience in processing salaries
In-depth understanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal English) skills
Should be able to prioritize work and work effectively and efficiently
Meticulous and detail oriented
People oriented and results driven
