Position: HR Manager
Location: India
Employment type: Full-time Hybrid work (3 Office+2 Home) Sector 63, Noida.
Working hours: 8 hours per day with the flexibility to work in different Time Zones
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, overseeing HR operations, and maintaining positive employee relations.
Role & responsibilities:
As an HR Manger, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Talent Acquisition:
Creating and posting job openings on various job boards and platforms.
Screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
Extending offers of employment, negotiating compensation packages, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
HR Operations:
Maintaining and updating HR records and databases.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Managing employee benefits programs and enrollment.
Ready for being an acting in-charge when the superior member isn't available.
Work as per the rule book and set up policy and processes required.
Staying up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
Employee Relations:
Handling employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Conducting investigations into HR-related complaints and issues.
Promoting a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs.
Preferred candidate profile
Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role for more than 3 years.
Solid understanding of employment Indian Labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
