Talent Acquisition at all level (Campus Recruitment / Mid _level / Sr. level Recruitment )
Getting initial Screening & shortlisting of suitable candidate.
CTC package discussion & negotiation with selected candidate
Planning & Designing Dept. organogram
Setting JD
Work closely with management in recruiting senior level Staff (CEO, President, COO,CAO,CPO )
Tracking Efficiency of Employees
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Adherence to TACT
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Conduct new employee on boarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
Background Verification and Employee Engagement.
Sound in technical Candidates assessment and recruitment.
Lateral Hiring
Skills and Qualifications:
Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles, from manufacturing company background
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience in using LinkedIn / Naukri and other Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Conduct new employee on boarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
Experience in Real Estate is preferred.
