Implementation of recruitment strategy and identifying appropriate and diverse talent sources
Conduct recruitment process including interviews, initial assessments
Providing support to new employees during the onboarding process
Conducting regular check-ins with new employees during their probation period
Initiate & Process monthly payroll system
Updating and maintenance of HR data
Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.
Resolving employee queries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Tracking and maintaining volunteer attendance records and updating it from time to time
Providing support system to the employees & encouraging grievance redressal
Conduct employee engagement programmes including birthdays & team outings
Ensure all statutory compliances are met & conduct checks
