JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a HR Manager to manage our company's recruiting, staffing and other operations responsibilities.
Key Responsibility Area -
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compiling and updating employee records
Coordinate with the team leads for hiring requirements across the organization
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Follow up with the candidates, negotiate and close the offers
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, policies and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (leaves and payroll data)
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Recruitment is 70% and 30% is Operational HR work
Skills Needed -
Proficient with MS Office
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Prior recruitment experience is a must
Degree in Human Resources or a related field
