JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
• Execute HR strategy; prepare, update, recommend, and evaluate HR policies and procedures
• Oversee benefits, payroll, HRIS, recruitment, leadership/strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with applicable law; conduct investigations; maintain records
• Negotiate, influence and resolve HR issues
• Perform joining and exit formalities, conduct new hire orientation
• Handle leave management and attendance
• Maintain HRIS database
• Develop new initiatives and employee benefit programs with senior leadership
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee performance
• Organize and attend employee team building activities
• Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Requirements:
• HR Generalist experience having exposure to payroll, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, HRIS, local HR policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience working with cross functional and global teams
• Comfortable engaging with all levels of management
• Adaptable to a dynamic and fast paced organization
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player, collaborator, ethical
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
