Job description
We are looking for a Management level position in HR for our cloud kitchen and restaurant startup.
Besides handling all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, appraisals, and learning and development, you must be conditioned to work in a high growth startup environment.
To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Minimum 5 years experience in HR (Hospitality Industry). We may also accept a good candidate with lesser (5-10 years) experience, for the position of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager instead.
Creme Castle is in the business of Cloud Kitchens and Restaurants for over 10 years in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.
