Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact potential candidates on AngelList, LinkedIn and other recruiting portals to explain them our various job openings
2. Talk to potential candidates and pre-screen them based on criteria for the roles being hired
3. Manage leads and schedule telephonic and in-personal interviews
What would you learn in this internship?
This internship will open your eyes to the process of human resource management and hiring as well as give you an opportunity to learn what it takes to successfully hire people for startups.
1. Get an exposure to the process for hiring people in different roles like engineering, sales, and marketing for a startup
2. Learn how to communicate and pre-screen candidates effectively
3. Learn skills like sourcing candidates, building your lead pipeline, maintaining professional relationships with candidates, right until the final closure of the candidate
