Screening-Scrutinizing Resume, Scheduling & Interviewing Candidates, Selection, Verification Process, Reference Checks
Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
Preparation of Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, and Appraisal Letter
Joining formalities to new joiners. Filling the Vacancies in time with a suitable position
Employee orientation, development, and training, schedule the training calendar for each quarter with respective HODs
Look after and develop ways of employee engagement.
To conduct external and internal training
To take active & lead in the performance appraisal system and Performance improvement tracking systems, coaching, etc.
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system, assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
