We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern (Events and Talent Acquisition) to join our dynamic team. As an HR intern specializing in Events and Talent Acquisition, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's brand image through strategic event planning and talent acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process.
Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs to identify potential candidates.
Events Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of HR-related events, such as orientation sessions, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of events and activities.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials for HR events.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
