Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the overall job market in India, and gain experience to use tools and systems for various recruitment and placement process
2. Learn directly from our team of experienced recruiters and be part of actives
3. Work on screening of resumes
4. Shortlist candidates
5. Schedule interviews with hiring managers
6. Monitor the interview process
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. Can start the internship between 1st Sep'22 and 21st Sep'22
3. Are available for duration of 6 months
4. Have relevant skills and interests
Other Requirements
1. Aspiration to grow into recruiter role
2. Interest to specialize in IT recruiting
3. Good communication skills
