Job description Roles and Responsibilities Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives. Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc. I is responsible for coordinating implementation of services, policies and programs for personnel throughout the organization; assist and advise employees and managers about employment issues. The HR Generalist will be responsible for Payroll, Employee Relations and Exit formalities. Ensures effective administration of respective processes and policies by using internal or external services. Establish relationships with other Business Support areas such as: Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal. Desired Candidate Profile Previous HR Business Partner experience (preferred). Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Ability to diagnose and successfully handle complex employee relations and organizational development issues. Proficient in MS office Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
