Handle Complete End to End HR Management Create well defined job & candidate descriptions.
Identifying and Hiring IT ( .NET Software Developer, Mobile App Developer, Software Tester etc. ) & Non IT ( Sales, Marketing, Presales etc ) candidates by using databases, social media, web portal, references, Educational Institutes etc.
Conducting interviews including Telephonic / Personal etc. and filtering candidates for open positions & Manage end to end process for HR from Hiring to Exit.
Preparing offer letter, Appointment letters, payroll, documentation etc. for candidates.
Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent Monitors the execution of well-planned induction & Training programs to enable the new employees reach productivity levels faster.
Maintain KRA & KPA.
Prepare & manage complete Payroll processing with regards to attendance, leaves, Salary revision, Employee data changes, etc & manage attendance of staff.
