Roles and Responsibilities
IT recruitment- sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and Naukri portals.
Preparing various letters like offer, appointment and appraisal letter etc.
Maintain employee records and data in the HRIS system as well in physical databases.
Implement new hire orientation/Induction.
Organize employee engagement activities
Formulate & implement SOPs/HR policy.
Processing payroll monthly.
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC) filling.
Annual employee performance review process.
Handling exit formalities and FnF.
Handling admin related work.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal both.
Should have experience in IT recruitment.
Should have knowledge about statutory compliance (PF, ESIC).
