Job Summary
In this capacity you would be working directly with management and would manage with the day to day activities of human resources operations of the organization to ensure the smooth operation of human resources in establishmen
Responsibilities and Duties
Recruitment & Selection
• Coordinating with line managers for organizing the interviews & conducting HR round of Interview, compile feed backs of the interview.
• Closing the positions -Negotiation of salary, Preparing Salary structure & Offer Letters
Induction Program
• Preparing induction new joiners.
• Handling the entire on-boarding process
• Joining formalities, employee personal file management, and welcome announcements.
• Generating the Employee ID’s,
• Bank accounts opening
• HR Policies & Procedures Implementation
• *
Performance Management System
• Partner in designing a performance management system including goal setting, evaluation, performance appraisal, etc.
• Issuing the letters of appraisal, promotions, etc.
Others
• Handling grievances, issues etc. and collecting feedback through face-to-face meetings.
• Birthday celebrations, festival celebrations and fun activities for employees
• Handling all the queries of the employees
• Explain the various policies to employees
