Job Responsibilities/Profile:
⦁ Understanding the company requirements and hiring accordingly through portals and handling documentation for all.
⦁ Modify the policies and develop healthy company culture.
⦁ Cultural activities for the organisation.
⦁ Executing salary process monthly.
⦁ Maintain the attendance and leave records of employees.
⦁ On-boarding process of new employees and handling the exit procedure.
Job Requirements:
⦁ Good with verbal and written communication skills.
⦁ Enthusiastic candidates who have a flair to learn.
⦁ An experience of minimum 6 months in a relevant area of work, would be preferred.
Skills Required:
⦁ Must know how to create a job description and post on the portals
⦁ Must be aware about salary distribution.
⦁ Handle End to End Recruitment & Screen, Filter and Audit the candidates CV sent by the requirements.
Required Qualification:
MBA, BMS (HR Specialization)
