Role & responsibilities
End to end Recruiting,Training,and developing staff
Negotiation salaries,contracts,working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives
Issuing appointment letters and other employment related certificates
Induction and joining formalities
Approving job description and advertisements
Looking after the health,safety,and welfare of all the employees
Make sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
Monitoring staff performance , appraisal , and attendance
Maintaining employee personal data
Exit interview
Grievances
Advising line managers and other employee on employee law and the employers own employment policies and procedures
Contract management
Company hygiene,Discipline, Rules & Regulation
