Role & responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.
2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
3. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, compensation packages, and wellness programs.
4. Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation systems, provide coaching, and develop talent development plans.
5. HRIS Management: Maintain accurate records, analyze HR data, and report key metrics.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
3. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or HRCI certifications preferred.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
6. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
