HR Executive role

The key aspects of this role:
Knowledge of employee grievance redressal
conflict resolution and mediation
disciplinary process handling
investigation skills like documentation and report writing
policy interpretation and application.
Experience in employee relations or grievance redressal frameworks.
Certification or coursework in Labor Laws and Employment Laws
Roles and Responsibilites:
Drive compliance and labour law adherence.
Handle disciplinary cases & grievance redressal with fairness.
Drive POSH and other redressal committees.
Build and implement HR policies and SOP
Help in building workplace ethics and employee trust
Shift and location details:
General shift, Pune location (Kalyani Nagar)
Work Mode:
Hybrid
It's good to have:
60% & above in any two of the following and 55% & above in the third
Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it s equivalent) and Graduation level (aggregate)
Strong Communication & interpersonal Skills.
