We are looking to employ an HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. They should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. The HR recruiter will execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.
As a Recruitment Specialist, your duties will include reaching out to candidates via various platforms as well as staffing agencies to promote job openings. You will be responsible for creating job roles, posting the same on job boards, and making aimed job elucidations. You will be also responsible for organizing job festivals for better candidate experience.

Organizing and partaking in job fairs and various career occasions.
Planning and implementing an employer branding strategy and recruitment marketing to attract qualified candidates.
Ensuring that our hiring techniques communicate with the correct people.
Serving as a brand ambassador at career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
Researching, advertising and marketing trends in the staffing industry.
Communicating with the HR department and Project Manager to get a clear view of the companys hiring goals.
Developing monthly reports on recruitment marketing metrics.
Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest trends in the recruiting process.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
At least 2+ years of experience recruiting creative and digital marketing professionals.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing (Human Resource Management preferred).
Strong knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Knowledge of HR software, Zoho recruit preferable.
Outstanding time management and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional event planning, marketing, and management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Human Resource with 1+ year experience , MBA in HR & Finance preferred .
